2) Products & Listings
I do my best to describe and photograph items accurately. Please note:
- Craft supplies (including Czech glass and Picasso/aged/matted finishes) may naturally vary in color, finish, and shape.
- Colors may appear different due to lighting, screen settings, and device displays.
- Measurements and bead sizing are approximate; please review photos for scale.
3) Pricing & Availability
Prices and availability may change at any time. If a listing has an error (pricing, description, or availability), I reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
4) Orders & Payment
An order is not considered accepted until payment is received and the order is confirmed. I may cancel and refund an order due to suspected fraud, misuse, pricing errors, or policy violations.
5) Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs may apply.
6) Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by the Returns & Refunds Policy posted on this site. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Returns policy, the Returns policy controls.
7) Bead Supply Notes / Disclaimers
- Items sold in grams are packed by weight, not by count (counts are estimates and can vary).
- Czech glass and special finishes may vary naturally.
- Please review photos for scale and sizing.
8) Safety Warning
CHOKING HAZARD: Many items contain small parts and are not intended for children. Keep away from children and pets. Adult use only.
9) Intellectual Property
All photos, product descriptions, branding, and content on this site are owned by My Treasured Gems unless otherwise stated and may not be used without permission.
10) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Treasured Gems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of this site or products.
