Eligibility Window
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- To start a return, contact me at mytreasuredgemsllc@gmail.com within 14 days.
Condition of Returns
- Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging.
- For bead and craft supplies, returns must include all contents as received.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Clearance / final sale items (when marked as final sale)
- Digital items/downloads
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping costs are not refundable (unless the return is due to my error).
- Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after approval.
Exchanges
- I don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. The easiest option is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email mytreasuredgemsllc@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- your order number
- photos of the packaging + item(s)
I’ll make it right with a replacement (if available) or a refund.
Shipping Issues / Lost Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, I’m not able to guarantee replacement due to theft or misdelivery. If you think something is wrong, please contact me right away and I’ll help you with next steps (carrier claim, etc.).
Return Shipping
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to my error.
- I recommend using tracking.
